   • We will contact each winner by email. In this message, we will request the personal information necessary to initiate and expedite the prize delivery process. It is essential that the winners respond to this email as soon as possible to avoid delays.

3. Physical Awards Ceremony:

   • All physical prizes will be shipped to the physical address provided by each winner on the winner registration form. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and up to date.

4. Cash Prize Delivery:

   • Cash prizes will be transferred to the bank account specified by the winner on the winner registration form. Please ensure that the bank details provided are accurate to avoid delays in transfer.
